Well, the downfalls in the economy have finally hit home....my other home, that is. The renters are moving out in December and my business partner and I do not have renters lined up. We are looking, though. In the meantime, we are going to replace the flooring in the living and dining rooms and put the house up for sale by owner. At a reduced cost compared to the other houses that have sold in the area, we are hoping that it won't take too long to get a buyer. Until then, I will have to come up with half of the house payment for the next few months. Man, oh man, times are tough enough as it is.
